If you decide to proceed a booking with us, we will collect information such as name of the person visiting, duration of stay, nationality, contact information (email, phone and other details) and we are required by law to collect also your passport identifier for registration with local police.

We also leverage third parties that are assisting us in providing the services such as Smoobu as our property mangement system (PMS), Chekin to assist us on the due diligence process with authorities and process of checkin / checkout, Stripe for payment processing and we will share the data with Thailand Immigration authorities to comply with local regulations in Thailand.

Who we share your data with

We share your data with the following services: 

• Smoobu as our property management system to manage the various booking and availability of the property.
• Chekin for the checkin / checkout experience as well as regulatory requirement of sharing information with local authorities
• Thailand Immigration Bureau as required by law for registration of foreigners staying at our property (the same way hotels and other accommodation are also required to share this information)
• Stripe for payment processing

How long we retain your data

For users proceeding bookings, we will store your data from the day you submit your request to us in order to provide the service. We will keep it for a minimum of 1 year past your stay in order to respond to any legal inquiry that may be addressed to us related to your stay.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
